77B Application for accreditation

(1) [Section 77B Subsection (1) amended by No. 39 of 2017, s. 21, Applied:01 Jan 2018] A medical practitioner who wishes to be accredited to assess the degree of a worker's permanent impairment may apply to the Board for accreditation.
(2) [Section 77B Subsection (2) amended by No. 85 of 2009, s. 28, Applied:01 Jul 2010] A person who wishes to provide a service referred to in section 77A(3) or (4) may apply to the Board for accreditation.
(3) An application for accreditation is to be –
(a) in a form approved by the Board; and
(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any).
