73A Date of industrial deafness
[Section 73A Inserted by No. 99 of 2000, s. 37, Applied:01 Jul 2001] Notwithstanding section 3(5) , in respect of a claim for compensation for industrial deafness the date of injury is –
(a) the last day of the worker's employment out of which, or in the course of which, the deafness arose; or
(b) if the worker is still in that employment, the date the claim is made.
