### 67D Payments in respect of dependent child > [*\[Section 67D Inserted by No. 65 of 2004, s. 16, Applied:17 Dec 2004\]*](/view/html/inforce/2004-12-17/act-2004-065#GS16@EN) Where a child under the age of 18 is entitled to a weekly payment under [section 67A(1)(b)](#GS67A@Gs1@Hpb@EN) , that payment is payable to – > > > > (a) the parent of the child who has custody of him or her; or > > > > > (b) if there is no such parent, the child’s guardian; or > > > > > (c) if there is no such parent or guardian, the person who has day-to-day care and control of the child and with whom the child is ordinarily resident.
