[Section 55A Inserted by No. 99 of 2000, s. 28, Applied:01 Jul 2001] No liability attaches to a member of a medical panel for an act or omission by the member or the medical panel in good faith and in the exercise or purported exercise of a power or in the performance or discharge, or purported performance or discharge, of a function or duty of the member or medical panel.
