4E Prescribed relationship
[Section 4E Inserted by No. 65 of 2004, s. 5, Applied:17 Dec 2004] A relationship between a certain person, or class of persons, and an organisation or class of organisations may, for the purposes of this Act, be prescribed as a relationship between a worker and an employer.
