4A Services of workers lent or on hire
[Section 4A Inserted by No. 99 of 2000, s. 6, Applied:01 Jul 2001] If an employer lends or hires the services of a worker to another person, the employer continues to be the employer, for the purposes of this Act, of the worker while the worker is working for that other person.
