### 164B Review of operation of certain provisions
> [*\[Section 164B Inserted by No. 85 of 2009, s. 50, Applied:01 Jul 2010\]*](/view/html/inforce/2010-07-01/act-2009-085#GS50@EN) The Minister must –
>
> > > (a) cause a review of the operation of [section 67](#GS67@EN) of this Act, during the period of 3 years beginning on the day on which that section is amended by the [Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-085) , to be carried out as soon as practicable after the end of that period; and
> >
> > > (b) cause a review of the operation of [section 69B](#GS69B@EN) of this Act, during the period of 3 years beginning on the day on which that section is amended by the [Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-085) , to be carried out as soon as practicable after the end of that period; and
> >
> > > (c) cause a review of the operation of [section 138AB](#GS138AB@EN) of this Act, during the period of 3 years beginning on the day on which that section is inserted in this Act by the [Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2009-085) , to be carried out as soon as practicable after the end of that period; and
> >
> > > (d) ensure that a copy of each such review is laid before each House of Parliament within the first 10 sitting-days of the House after the review is carried out.
