### 152A Obtaining of information by Board > *\[Section 152A Inserted by No. 16 of 1995, s. 82 \]* > > > (1)  The Board may, by notice in writing served on a person, require that person, within such period as is specified in the notice, to furnish it with such information as it reasonably requires to enable it to carry out its functions. > > > (2)  A person who is required to furnish information and who without lawful excuse refuses or fails to furnish the information within the period specified in the notice is guilty of an offence. > > > > Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
