### 109 Additional information to be supplied
> > (1) [*\[Section 109 Subsection (1) amended by No. 39 of 2017, s. 29, Applied:01 Jan 2018\]*](/view/html/inforce/2018-01-01/act-2017-039#GS29@EN) The Board may direct an insurer or employer who has made an application under [section 100](#GS100@EN) or [104](#GS104@EN) , or a licensed insurer or self-insurer, to provide it with such information, and at such times, as it thinks fit relating to the matters referred to in [section 101](#GS101@EN) [(2)](#GS101@Gs2@EN) or [105](#GS105@EN) [(2)](#GS105@Gs2@EN) .

> > (2) A licensed insurer or self-insurer referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS109@Gs1@EN) who refuses or fails to comply with a direction under that subsection is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 150 penalty units.
