104 Applications for permits
(1) *[Section 104 Subsection (1) substituted by No. 48 of 1996, s. 16 ]*An employer who wishes to self-insure against the liabilities referred to in section 97 may apply to the Board for a permit.
(2) An application for a permit shall be –
(a) in a form approved by the Board; and
(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any).
