51 Outstanding claims for compensation
[Section 51 Inserted by No. 44 of 1993, s. 13 ][Section 51 Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] On and from the commencement date all claims for compensation under this Act that would have been payable from the Workers' Fund before that date are to be paid from the Public Account without further appropriation than this section.
