49 Power of Secretary to wind up administration of this Act
*[Section 49 Inserted by No. 44 of 1993, s. 13 ]*The Secretary may, for the purpose of winding up the administration of this Act by the Board before the commencement date, enter into such contracts, agreements and arrangements as he or she thinks fit for the sale or other disposal of all or any of the Board's property to any person.
