#### 89 Maximum costs involving medical or related treatment or certain fees for health service providers 89 Maximum costs involving medical or related treatment or certain fees for health service providers > In workers compensation matters, the costs that are recoverable, and the maximum costs that are recoverable, in respect of costs of a kind referred to in clause 86 or Part 3 of Schedule 6 are, if section 61 of the 1987 Act or section 339 of the 1998 Act applies in respect of costs of that kind, costs equal to the amount fixed by or by order under the section concerned.
