#### 76 Responsibility for employees and others 76 Responsibility for employees and others > For the purposes of this Division, evidence that a person who is an employee of an agent, or a person otherwise exercising functions in the agent’s practice, published or caused to be published an advertisement is evidence (in the absence of evidence to the contrary) that the agent caused or permitted the publication of the advertisement.
