165A Disclosure of information to person conducting special inquiry—the 1998 Act, ss 243(2) and 243AA(2)
(1) For the 1998 Act, sections 243(2)(d) and 243AA(2)(b), a person appointed under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, section 82 to conduct a special inquiry into a matter relating to the Authority is prescribed.
(2) In this clause—
Authority includes the Nominal Insurer.
