#### 133 Costs orders in respect of certain matters 133 Costs orders in respect of certain matters > The Commission may, subject to Schedule 6, make a costs order in connection with any of the following— > > > (a) an application for or the giving of an interim payment direction under Division 2 (Disputes concerning weekly payments or medical expenses) of Part 5 of Chapter 7 of the 1998 Act, > > > (b) the determination of a dispute under Division 2A (Disputes concerning past weekly payments) of that Part, > > > (c) the making of a recommendation under Division 3 (Disputes about non-compliance with Chapter 3) of that Part. > > **cl 133:** Am 2020 (744), Sch 3\[13\].
