#### 132 Bill of costs to be in approved form 132 Bill of costs to be in approved form > In workers compensation matters, a bill of costs (as defined by clause 100)— > > > (a) must, if there is an approved form for the purposes of this clause, be given in or to the effect of the approved form, and > > > (b) must include relevant particulars of the kind referred to in clause 103(2)(a) even if the bill is not one to which clause 103 applies.
