#### 131 Special provision for matters involving coal miners 131 Special provision for matters involving coal miners > This Part does not apply to legal services or agent services provided in any workers compensation matter involving a claim for compensation or work injury damages by a coal miner, and regulations made under section 59(1)(a) of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-016) continue to apply to legal services provided in such a matter.
