#### 122 Recovery of costs of costs assessment 122 Recovery of costs of costs assessment > > (1) This clause applies when the costs of the Commission are payable by a party to the assessment (under section 204(2) of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) or clause 111 or 116(5)). > > > (2) On making a determination, the Commission may issue to each party a certificate that sets out the costs incurred by the Commission in the course of the costs assessment. > > > (3) The certificate is, on the filing of the certificate in the office or registry of a court having jurisdiction to order the payment of that amount of money, and with no further action, taken to be a judgment of that court for the amount of unpaid costs. > > > (4) A Registrar of the Commission may take action to recover the costs of the Commission. > > **cl 122:** Am 2020 (744), Sch 3\[13\] \[19\].
