92 Notice of proposed action against licensed self-insurer
(1) Before taking proposed action in relation to a self-insurer, the
regulator must give the licensed self-insurer written notice in
accordance with subsection (2).
(2) Written notice to a self-insurer must state the following:
(a) the proposed action;

(b) the grounds for the proposed action;
(c) the self-insurer may make written representations, within a
stated period of not less than 14 days after the day the
self-insurer is given the notice, about why the proposed action
should not be taken.
proposed action means—
(a) action under section 93 (2); or
(b) action to cancel a self-insurer licence under section 95.
