87 Record keeping by licensed self-insurers—Act, s 145U (d)
(1) It is a condition of a self-insurer licence that the employer must keep
records about the employer’s policies, processes and decisions for the
provision of an insurer service, in accordance with any protocol
relating to the keeping of records.
(2) A record mentioned in subsection (1) must be kept for not less than
5 years after the day the record is made.
