76 Time for information to be given—Act, s 145J (c) and (g) (1) It is a condition of an insurer licence that any information required to be given to the regulator is given— (a) within 14 days after the day the information is requested; or (b) if a longer period is allowed by the regulator or provided for the giving of the information—within that period.
