63 Services to be provided under policy The compulsory insurance policy must include a description of the services to be provided under the policy and when they will be provided. 64 Cancellation of insurance policy The compulsory insurance policy must include a statement that the policy may only be cancelled by the insurer in accordance with a protocol approved by the Minister. 65 Compliance with Act by employer The compulsory insurance policy must include a provision that states that the employer must comply with the Act, chapter 5 (Injury management process) and section 126 (Action by employer in relation to claims).
