5A Board may use its services and facilities for other purposes

(1) The Authority may, upon payment of such fee (if any) and compliance with such conditions (if any) as it thinks appropriate, make its services and diagnostic facilities available to any person otherwise than in connection with its other functions under this Act.

(2) Any fee payable under subsection (1) may be recovered by the Authority as a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction.
