sec.69 Definition for division
In this division— cancellation day , in relation to a non-scheme employer, means the day the non-scheme employer’s continued licence is cancelled under section 105E of the Act . Under section 105F (d) of the Act , on cancellation of the continued licence, WorkCover replaces the non-scheme employer, for any proceeding taken by a claimant or worker against the non-scheme employer, as insurer.
