sec.25 Deemed levy for ascertaining appeal court— Act , s 569

For section 569 (2) (a) of the Act , the deemed levy, for a self-insurer for a financial year of the self-insurer’s licence, is the amount calculated using the formula— where— estimated claims liability means the self-insurer’s estimated claims liability mentioned in section 18 (3) . rate means the rate published by the Regulator under section 81(6) of the Act for the particular financial year.
