sec.219 Chairperson and members of panel appointed before commencement
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment under section 112S of the expired regulation as the chairperson or a member of the panel. The person is taken to be the chairperson or a member of the panel established under section 141 on the same terms of appointment held by the person immediately before the commencement. (sec.219-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment under section 112S of the expired regulation as the chairperson or a member of the panel. (sec.219-ssec.2) The person is taken to be the chairperson or a member of the panel established under section 141 on the same terms of appointment held by the person immediately before the commencement.
