sec.212 WorkCover funding and provision of programs and incentives— Act , s 385A
Each of the following entities is prescribed for section 385A(4) of the Act , definition prescribed entity — the chief inspector under the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 ; the chief inspector under the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999 ; the chief inspector under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 ; the general manager under the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 ; the chief executive of the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator under the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) ; the chief executive officer of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) .
- (a) the chief inspector under the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 ;
- (b) the chief inspector under the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999 ;
- (c) the chief inspector under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 ;
- (d) the general manager under the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 ;
- (e) the chief executive of the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator under the Rail Safety National Law (Queensland) ;
- (f) the chief executive officer of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) .
