sec.210 Declaration of designated courts— Act , s 114

This section is made for section 114 (4) of the Act , definition designated court , paragraph (b) . Each court, tribunal or decision-making body stated in schedule 12 , column 2, opposite the name of a State in schedule 12 , column 1, is declared to be a designated court for the purposes of section 114 of the Act . (sec.210-ssec.1) This section is made for section 114 (4) of the Act , definition designated court , paragraph (b) . (sec.210-ssec.2) Each court, tribunal or decision-making body stated in schedule 12 , column 2, opposite the name of a State in schedule 12 , column 1, is declared to be a designated court for the purposes of section 114 of the Act .
