sec.203 Chairperson and deputy chairperson of Composite Medical Assessment Tribunal
The chairperson of the Composite Medical Assessment Tribunal under section 202 (1) (a) must preside over meetings of the tribunal. If the chairperson of the tribunal under section 202 (1) (a) is not available to attend to the business of the tribunal— if the tribunal has only 1 deputy chairperson—the deputy chairperson of the tribunal must act as chairperson of the tribunal; or if the tribunal has more than 1 deputy chairperson—a deputy chairperson of the tribunal chosen by the chairperson of the tribunal must act as chairperson of the tribunal. (sec.203-ssec.1) The chairperson of the Composite Medical Assessment Tribunal under section 202 (1) (a) must preside over meetings of the tribunal. (sec.203-ssec.2) If the chairperson of the tribunal under section 202 (1) (a) is not available to attend to the business of the tribunal— if the tribunal has only 1 deputy chairperson—the deputy chairperson of the tribunal must act as chairperson of the tribunal; or if the tribunal has more than 1 deputy chairperson—a deputy chairperson of the tribunal chosen by the chairperson of the tribunal must act as chairperson of the tribunal.
- (a) if the tribunal has only 1 deputy chairperson—the deputy chairperson of the tribunal must act as chairperson of the tribunal; or
- (b) if the tribunal has more than 1 deputy chairperson—a deputy chairperson of the tribunal chosen by the chairperson of the tribunal must act as chairperson of the tribunal.
