sec.185 Time for adding another person as contributor— Act , s 278A
For section 278A (1) of the Act , the time prescribed is the later of the following— 30 business days after the insurer receives the notice of claim; 5 business days after the insurer identifies someone else as a contributor.
- (a) 30 business days after the insurer receives the notice of claim;
- (b) 5 business days after the insurer identifies someone else as a contributor.
