sec.176 Review of worker’s entitlement— Act , s 232S

For section 232S (3) of the Act , this section prescribes matters for a review of a worker’s entitlement to treatment, care and support payments under section 232S of the Act . The insurer must give the worker written notice of the review at least 20 business days before carrying out the review. In carrying out the review, the insurer may ask the worker to give the insurer information needed to make a decision about the worker’s entitlement at the end of the review.
