sec.175 Limit on amount payable under payment request— Act , s 232R

For section 232R (4) of the Act , the amount prescribed is— for medical treatment or rehabilitation—the amount stated in the table of costs; or for hospitalisation of the worker as an in-patient at a private hospital—the amount stated in section 217 (3) of the Act ; or for hospitalisation of the worker as an in-patient at a public hospital—the amount stated in section 218A (3) of the Act .

• (a) for medical treatment or rehabilitation—the amount stated in the table of costs; or
• (b) for hospitalisation of the worker as an in-patient at a private hospital—the amount stated in section 217 (3) of the Act ; or
• (c) for hospitalisation of the worker as an in-patient at a public hospital—the amount stated in section 218A (3) of the Act .
