sec.171 Amending support plans— Act , s 232O

For section 232O (5) of the Act , this section prescribes requirements for amending an eligible worker’s support plan under section 232O (4) (a) of the Act . An amendment of the support plan must be consistent with an existing decision about a service request relating to the worker. However, subsection (2) applies only to the extent the support plan relates to the period covered by the existing decision. (sec.171-ssec.1) For section 232O (5) of the Act , this section prescribes requirements for amending an eligible worker’s support plan under section 232O (4) (a) of the Act .
