sec.162 Intervals for carrying out assessments— Act , s 232O

For section 232O (2) (a) of the Act , an assessment under section 232O (1) (a) of the Act relating to an eligible worker must be carried out— as soon as practicable after the insurer decides the worker is entitled to treatment, care and support payments; and if an assessment under section 232O (1) (a) of the Act relating to the worker has previously been carried out—within 1 year after the last assessment was carried out.
