sec.142 Appointment to panel
The Minister must appoint a chairperson and 2 other members to the panel, on terms decided by the Minister. The Minister must ensure that each person appointed to the panel— is qualified, or eligible to qualify, as a lawyer; and has demonstrated significant experience relevant to the laws of personal injury and negligence. (sec.142-ssec.1) The Minister must appoint a chairperson and 2 other members to the panel, on terms decided by the Minister.
