sec.140 Insurer must notify amount of entitlement
This section applies if the insurer is notified by the panel that the insurer’s decision is substituted with a new decision that the qualifying condition is satisfied for the worker. The insurer must give the worker a written notice in the approved form stating the amount of section 193A compensation to which the worker is entitled for the worker’s injury.
