sec.135 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies to a worker— who, under subdivision 3 , has received written reasons for an insurer’s decision that the qualifying condition is not satisfied for the worker; or in relation to whom an insurer is taken to have decided that the qualifying condition is not satisfied under section 132 (6) .
- (a) who, under subdivision 3 , has received written reasons for an insurer’s decision that the qualifying condition is not satisfied for the worker; or
- (b) in relation to whom an insurer is taken to have decided that the qualifying condition is not satisfied under section 132 (6) .
