sec.128 Insurer to consider qualifying condition
An insurer must decide— whether the insurer has enough information to decide whether the qualifying condition is satisfied for the worker; and if the insurer decides it has enough information—whether the qualifying condition is satisfied for the worker.
- (a) whether the insurer has enough information to decide whether the qualifying condition is satisfied for the worker; and
- (b) if the insurer decides it has enough information—whether the qualifying condition is satisfied for the worker.
