sec.117 Calculation of lump sum compensation— Act , s 180
For section 180 (1) of the Act , the lump sum compensation for a worker’s DPI is calculated by multiplying the maximum statutory compensation by the worker’s DPI. A worker’s DPI is assessed as 10%. The maximum statutory compensation is $422,295. The lump sum compensation is $42,229.50.
