sch.14-sec.32 Moderate ear injury
Definition of injury 11 to 25 The injury involves— a binaural hearing loss of at least 20% but less than 50%; or significant permanent vestibular disturbance. Comment about appropriate level of ISV An ISV at or near the top of the range will be appropriate if there are problems associated with the injury, for example, severe tinnitus, moderate vertigo, a moderate vestibular disturbance or headaches.
