Definition of injury 26 to 35 The injury involves— a binaural hearing loss of at least 50% but less than 80%; or severe permanent vestibular disturbance. Comment about appropriate level of ISV An ISV in the lower half of the range will be appropriate if there is no speech impairment or tinnitus.
