sch.13-sec.7 Aggravation of pre-existing condition
This section applies if an injured worker has a pre-existing condition that is aggravated by an injury for which a court is assessing an ISV. In considering the impact of the aggravation of the pre-existing condition, the court may have regard only to the extent to which the pre-existing condition has been made worse by the injury.
