### sec.481A Amounts payable by WorkCover on Minister’s instruction WorkCover must make payments to organisations or bodies that the Minister considers will help in— the treatment or alleviation of injury sustained by workers; or the prevention or recognition of injury to workers; or making employers and workers aware of their rights, and procedures they need to follow, under the Act ; or scheme-wide rehabilitation and return to work programs for workers. A payment must be approved by the Governor in Council by gazette notice before it is made. The Minister must cause a copy of the approval to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after it is given.
