#### 86 NSW Trustee’s powers of investment 86 NSW Trustee’s powers of investment > > (1) All amounts held by the NSW Trustee under this Act are to form part of a common fund established under the [NSW Trustee and Guardian Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-049) and are available for investment as provided by that Act. > > > (2) A power conferred by this Division on the NSW Trustee to invest money for the benefit of a person includes a power to invest the money in any manner that the NSW Trustee is authorised under the [NSW Trustee and Guardian Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-049) to invest money held in trust by the NSW Trustee. > > **s 86:** Subst 1996 No 120, Sch 1.9 \[7\].
