#### 84 Times for payment of weekly compensation 84 Times for payment of weekly compensation > > (1) A weekly payment of compensation is payable— > > > > > (a) at the employer’s usual times of payment of wages to the worker, > > > > > (b) at fortnightly or other shorter intervals, or > > > > > (c) at such other intervals as are agreed on between the employer and the worker. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > weekly payment of compensation includes compensation payable under section 25 (1) (b) in respect of a dependent child of a deceased worker.
