173 Furnishing information for calculation of premiums

> > (1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to—

> > > (a) requiring the supply of information relevant to the calculation of the premiums payable under policies of insurance (whether to be supplied before or after the issue or renewal of any such policy), and

> > > (b) requiring any such information to be verified by statutory declaration or be accompanied by a certificate from a registered tax agent, a registered company auditor (within the meaning of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth) or any other person.
