98B Recompense from the Fund for additional amounts paid under section 2A An application to the Authority for recompense from the Fund for an additional amount paid on behalf of an employer as compensation by virtue of section 2C(1) in respect of an injury arising out of or in the course of employment of a worker before 1 July 1975 must be lodged with or forwarded to the Authority in the form approved by the Authority.
