7 Victorian workers injured outside Victoria Where any employer who resides or has a place of business in Victoria engages a worker in Victoria then, if personal injury is caused to such a worker outside Victoria under such circumstances that if the injury had occurred in Victoria he or his dependants would have been entitled to compensation under this Act, the worker and, in the case of the death of the worker, his dependants shall subject to this Act be entitled to compensation in accordance with this Act.
