25J Extinguishment of rights An award for compensation for industrial deafness made pursuant to section 11 shall fully extinguish all rights of the worker to compensation for industrial deafness pursuant to that section up to the date thereof but shall not prevent the worker from obtaining compensation for further industrial deafness suffered after that date.
